VANCOUVER:
Vancouver - a city that is internationally renowned
for spectacular scenery: where the sea and snowcapped
mountains provide a stunning backdrop to a culturally
and socially vibrant metropolis. Vancouver has been
repeatedly voted “the best city in the Americas”
by readers of the prestigious Condé Nast
magazine.
According to an October 2005 survey conducted by the
Economist Intelligence Unit, Vancouver is the world's
most desirable place to live in. The study looked at
factors such as stability, healthcare, culture, environment,
education and infrastructure. The city is home to the
Winter Olympics in 2010.
